Exploring Weekly Themes

Week 1: Identity & Independence

Theme: “All About Me”
Your child will begin by learning about themselves—their name, body, family, and daily routines. Activities include name tracing, body part games, and show-and-tell moments that build self-awareness and confidence. We gently encourage independence through guided routines like hanging backpacks, opening lunch containers, and following simple instructions.

Week 2: Friendship & Emotions

Theme: “Friends & Feelings”
This week focuses on building emotional intelligence and early social skills. Campers will learn how to greet new friends, take turns, and express feelings using visuals and play. Through partner games, role-playing, and cooperative group tasks, they’ll start understanding empathy, teamwork, and how to handle big feelings in small group settings.

Week 3: Real-World Roles

Theme: “Community Helpers”
Children expand their world by exploring real-life helpers—like teachers, doctors, mail carriers, and firefighters. Through themed pretend play and structured activities, they’ll strengthen problem-solving skills, group participation, and the ability to follow multi-step directions. This week also reinforces responsibility and care for others in fun, imaginative ways.

Week 4: Classroom Confidence

Theme: “Ready, Set, School!”
Our final week prepares children for the real structure of a preschool or kindergarten day. We practice lining up, transitioning between activities, and participating in group routines. Children reflect on what they’ve learned, showcase their growth, and celebrate with a confidence-boosting “graduation” experience to mark their readiness for the classroom.
